Scope of these terms
These terms apply to the public website at momentumtradehub.com and www.momentumtradehub.com, its published content and its historical scenario calculator. Momentum Trading is the trading name used for this website and the Momentum brand. “Momentum”, “we” and “our” refer to the operator trading under that name. “You” refers to a visitor using it. You can contact us through the support page.
Please read these terms and the privacy notice before using the website. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the website. Your mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
These website terms do not create a brokerage, investment management, advisory or custody agreement. They do not authorise a trade, a debit or access to any financial account. Separate account, membership, broker or other service terms must be considered before using those services.
Eligibility & location
The website is intended for adults aged 18 or over. You must be legally able to use the website in your location. Information being accessible in a country or US state does not mean a separate service is available or authorised there.
Do not use the website to evade sanctions, restrictions or applicable law. We may restrict access where required by law or where reasonably necessary to address misuse. Any restriction remains subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Information & investment decisions
Content is general market and research information. It is not a personal recommendation, an assessment of your financial circumstances or an instruction to buy, hold or sell a particular investment. A reference to an instrument, strategy or outcome is not an assurance of suitability.
This public website does not hold client assets, accept investment deposits, execute orders or operate a brokerage account. You remain responsible for decisions made with a broker or another provider. Obtain appropriately qualified advice where you need advice about suitability, taxation or your legal obligations.
A label or disclaimer does not remove any legal or regulatory responsibility that applies to the actual activities of a service provider. Nothing in these terms asserts regulatory authorisation, approval, exemption or investor compensation protection.
Market & technology risks
Investments can fall as well as rise. You may lose some or all of the capital committed. Leveraged or short positions can create losses exceeding the amount initially allocated, depending on the product and applicable protections. Liquidity, gaps, currency movements, corporate actions, borrowing costs and market disruption can affect outcomes.
Research, models and automated analysis can contain errors, use incomplete information, become outdated or behave differently in changing markets. They cannot predict prices reliably or eliminate losses. Human review does not make an outcome certain.
Website availability is not a substitute for a broker’s monitoring and order controls. Do not rely on this website as an emergency exit mechanism or the sole source of time-sensitive market information.
Research counts & historical results
The research record explains the published metrics and their counting method. A trade scenario evaluation is an assessment under a particular test setting; the same historical trade can be assessed more than once. These figures describe research volume and do not count unique market events, completed customer orders or profitable outcomes. They are a minimum supported by the retained records, not a complete lifetime total.
Backtests are constructed using historical information and assumptions. Hindsight, model selection, survivorship bias, missing instruments, data corrections, transaction costs and execution assumptions can materially change results. Rejected and unsuccessful research is not evidence that a customer could have achieved a return.
Past, simulated and hypothetical outcomes do not guarantee or reliably predict future performance. Do not infer a forecast, typical return, probability of profit or verified track record from a research count.
Historical scenario calculator
The calculator processes the CSV you choose within your browser tab. It does not connect to a broker, verify an export, place an order or audit the accuracy or completeness of your records. A user-supplied file is not a certified Momentum performance history.
Each included record must contain a unique trade ID, opening date, closing date and a net percentage return on cash allocated to that trade. Dates use UTC. Open or unresolved records are excluded. Both ends of the selected closing-date range are included, including trades opened before the range.
The calculation multiplies an equal cash allocation by each net percentage return, then adds the outcomes. It assumes that reported costs and returns scale with the allocation. It applies no additional leverage, reinvestment or compounding. It does not model concurrent capital requirements, drawdown, changing position sizes, personal taxes, membership charges or unrealised outcomes.
Net returns must already account for the relevant commissions, spread, slippage, financing, borrowing and currency effects. A display currency change does not convert historical exchange rates. Fixed charges, capacity constraints and execution differences can invalidate proportional scaling.
A positive total is not a promise that you would actually have earned that amount. A negative total represents a loss under the entered assumptions. Check the complete record and methodology before relying on any result.
Membership, charges & cancellation
The public website and calculator do not take payments. These terms do not set a subscription price, authorise recurring billing or replace the separate information and terms required for a paid service.
Before entering a paid arrangement, check the identity and address of the contracting provider, the service supplied, total price and currency, taxes, payment timing, minimum term, renewal arrangements, cancellation procedure and any applicable refund or withdrawal rights. Do not treat an informal reference to membership as a payment authorisation.
For UK consumers, applicable statutory rights concerning services, digital content, fair terms and distance contracts cannot be removed by a general “no refunds” statement. Any request to start performance during a cancellation period, and any loss of a withdrawal right, must meet the legal conditions that apply to that specific service.
For US consumers, applicable federal and state rules on billing, renewals, cancellation, refunds and deceptive practices continue to apply. These website terms do not impose automatic renewal, binding arbitration or a waiver of class proceedings. Different rules may apply to regulated financial services; these terms do not determine a service’s regulatory classification.
Third-party services & links
Links may lead to Telegram, a broker or another external provider. Their availability, security, terms, eligibility requirements and privacy practices are their own. A link is not a guarantee of accuracy, regulatory status or future availability.
Opening an external service does not give Momentum access to your account by itself. Do not provide passwords, authentication codes, private keys, broker credentials or payment details through public messages or unsolicited links. Check the provider and destination before entering sensitive information.
We remain responsible for any acts or omissions for which applicable law makes us responsible. This section does not waive mandatory rights relating to third parties.
Permitted use & security
You may browse the website and use its tools lawfully for your own evaluation. Do not disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, bypass access controls, impersonate another person, submit unlawfully obtained personal information or use the website to facilitate fraud or market abuse.
Do not extract or redistribute material in a way that infringes intellectual property, data licensing restrictions or applicable law. Reasonable personal reference and uses expressly permitted by law remain allowed.
Only import records you are entitled to process. Remove names, account numbers and other unnecessary personal information from trade files. Keep your device and browser secure. Report a suspected vulnerability through the support page without publicly exposing sensitive details.
Intellectual property
Momentum branding, original text, design and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Rights in third-party material remain with their respective owners. Access to the website does not transfer ownership or grant a right to imply endorsement.
Subject to these terms and applicable law, you have a limited permission to access the website and use its public tools. Do not remove attribution or reproduce substantial protected material commercially without the relevant permission.
You retain rights in your imported records. The local calculator does not upload those records or require you to grant a licence for their publication or model training.
Availability, changes & suspension
We aim to maintain a useful website but cannot promise continuous access, a particular refresh frequency or error-free operation. Content may be corrected, removed or updated as research and circumstances change.
Access may be limited temporarily for maintenance, security, legal requirements or a material breach of these terms. Where reasonably practicable and appropriate, we will explain a material restriction through the website or the available contact channel. Urgent security or legal action may require an immediate restriction.
Changes to this free public website do not automatically change the promises, cancellation rights or refund rights under a separate paid contract.
Responsibility & limits
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or remedy that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
For consumers, statutory rights and any applicable duty to use reasonable care and skill remain in place. We are not responsible for a loss to the extent it is caused by your unlawful use or by inaccurate inputs you supply, but that does not excuse our own breach or negligence where the law makes us responsible.
Subject to those protections, we do not promise investment profits, prevention of market losses or suitability for your circumstances. Loss arising from a market decision must be assessed according to the actual facts and applicable law; it is not automatically excluded just because this website contains a risk statement.
For business users only, to the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential business losses and loss of anticipated profit arising from use of the free public website. This does not alter an express obligation under a separate agreement or an exclusion that law prohibits.
Questions & complaints
Please use the support page to raise a website complaint, identify the relevant page and explain the outcome you seek. Give enough information to understand the issue without sending account credentials or sensitive financial documents through public channels.
We will consider the issue fairly and explain any correction or next step. Nothing here requires you to complete an internal complaint process before using a statutory remedy, contacting an appropriate regulator or bringing a claim where you have that right. No access to a financial ombudsman or compensation scheme is promised by these website terms.
UK & US legal rights
No choice of law in a separate agreement may remove mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. These website terms do not require a UK consumer to give up a right to use the competent courts of their part of the United Kingdom, including England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland.
US visitors retain applicable non-waivable federal and state rights. These terms do not require US consumers to litigate exclusively abroad, waive a jury right or agree to mandatory arbitration. The applicable law and competent court are determined by the rules that apply to the particular dispute.
If a term is invalid or unenforceable, it applies only to the extent legally permitted, and the remaining terms continue where legally possible. A delay in exercising a right does not necessarily waive it. These terms do not grant rights to third parties except where required by law.
Updates to these terms
The date above identifies this version. We may update these terms to reflect the website, legal requirements or a correction. Material changes will be identified on this page. A change will not retrospectively remove an accrued right or override the notice and agreement requirements of a separate paid contract.
For information about data handling, see the privacy notice. For the evidence behind research statistics, see the research methodology.
